This is the home you are looking for! This guest house, lovingly called the Hidden Gem, has all the essential amenities plus a few hidden surprises, just for you!

When you arrive you will enter through a private gate into your own secluded oasis. The property is in an upscale neighborhood on one side and borders a large field on the other. Nestled in the trees, the home is tucked away from the neighbors, offering a quiet and relaxing retreat. There are two large porches, one in the front and one in the back. The back deck is a highlight of the home with large comfortable furniture, fire pit, hammock, egg chair, gas grill, and a privacy wall with built-in seating. This is a perfect location for travelers as the home is in just off I-44 & HWY. If Springfield is your destination, then you are within 15 minutes of Mercy, Cox, Bass Pro, WOW, MSU, and shopping. You will also be just 45 minutes to Branson. This will be a stay to remember!

LIVING ROOM
The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch and a rocker/recliner chair. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV. Do you want to be even more comfy? Sit back and relax in the giant bean bag chair! There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter days.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass-top stove, microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Small appliances are also available such as a blender and toaster. Guests can help themselves to coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot. Make sure to check out the refrigerator, too, for some hidden treats! The dining table and 4 chairs are in the living room in an open-concept layout.

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch a movie in bed from the TV (equipped with Roku). There is also a desk in case you want a more formal, quiet space to work away from the rest of your group, and a cozy sitting area for 2. The master bedroom has a multi-port charging unit where guests can charge up to 6 devices at once, compatible with apple and android products. Attached to the master bedroom is a large walk-in closet. In the closet you'll find ample storage space, hangers, a locked safe, iron and ironing board, extra linens, and some classic games to play with your guests.

SECOND BEDROOM
In this room are two twin-sized beds and another Roku-equipped TV. This is a perfect room for kids or adults! There's also great storage space here with shelves and hangers, as well as a multi-port charging station for apple and android devices.

INFANTS/TODDLERS
The home has a few must-haves for your little ones. In the master closet you'll find a pack 'n play and a booster seat for feeding (booster has a removable tray so it accommodates both infants and toddlers). Children's dinnerware is also provided in the kitchen.

WASHER/DRYER
Do you need to do laundry? We've got you covered! Guests are welcome to use the in-house, full size, front load washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided.

OUTSIDE
The back porch is a highlight of the home, as guests often spend much of their time hanging out there! You'll find plenty of seating which is great for coffee, conversation, reading, or work. If you want to relax, take a nap on the hammock in the shade, or cozy up to the fire pit. There is also a gas grill for those that like to BBQ. The seats on the front porch offer another place to sit and relax with beautiful views. Or, if you prefer some friendly competition, play ladder golf with your guests in the designated front or back yards of the guest house.

PARKING
Parking is available for three guest vehicles. The designated parking spots are conveniently located right next to the guest house. Additional vehicles may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

EV CHARGING
A level 2 Tesla charger is conveniently located at the designated guest parking spot. During their stay, guests can enjoy free, unlimited EV charging.

KEYLESS ENTRY
Guests enter the home through a keypad for contactless check-in. For security purposes, the entry code is personalized for each new guest.

CHECK-IN
Early check-ins may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, depending on other bookings and the cleaning crew's schedules. Please contact the host if you would like to request an early check-in. Check-out extensions cannot be granted; we need to ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare for the next guests.

PRIVACY FROM MAIN HOME
The Hidden Gem is a guest house that SHARES THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THE HOST'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND ANOTHER SHORT-TERM RENTAL. The guest house shares the same driveway with the other homes but is a COMPLETELY SEPERATE HOME with its own small yard. The guest house is also situated in a way that supports plenty of PRIVACY FROM THE OTHER HOMES and the surrounding neighbors.
