This split floor plan house is perfect for family gatherings or great friends getting together! Extra large driveway that can hold 6 vehicles.
This house is NOT for those who want to throw loud parties. We have a STRONG neighborhood watch and they will call the authorities if they suspect illegal activity. This is a quiet, kid friendly neighborhood. All guests must be part of the original agreement and children count as guests. All cars MUST be parked in the driveway. There is room for 6 average size vehicles, plenty of room for all 8 guests. Our HOA does not allow boats, RVs, trailers, or utility vehicles. You’ll be charged $35 per vehicle if they are parked OVERNIGHT.
