"Our check in person was lacking customer service. Could not find key. The key did not fit when she found and had to go back again. Did not have something to start fireplace with. Person did not go over property and amenities that were attached to place. "

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. We loved the theater room and downstairs made for a perfect family game night! "This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."
