"We stayed in Columbia for 48 hours as we moved our daughter into her dorm at the University of South Carolina. The location was great and the home was perfect for the 3 of us. Clean and Cool. It was extremely hot and humid outside and the AC worked great. I would have stayed here again for parents weekend but it was reserved. "

"This property has a lot of potential but it needs some TLC and organization. The furniture, layout, and decor were nice but it needs a major deep cleaning. The floors made your feet black if you didn't have shoes on, the tubs needed to be scrubbed, and there were dust and cobwebbs everywhere. None of the ceiling fan lights worked in the bedrooms, and the living room and dining room were very dark, even at night. Definitely need new/brighter bulbs. "Rhe pictures do not do it justice. So very cute and cozy. The rooms are very roomy and the ceiling height is at least 9' which really makes the rooms feel bigger. Two tv's in opposite sides of the house. Great little fire pit picnic bench if you want to eat out side. There is a second rental above the garage so the driveway is shared plenty of parking for both units (2 cars per unit). "Property was advertised. It is an older property in an older neighborhood. House that has been nicely updated and the neighborhood was quiet. We were in town for family day and graduation at fort Jackson and only stayed two nights. This is a perfect location and very close to the Fort Jackson entrance. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen floors were dirty as well as the stove and oven - this was communicated to the host and they quickly responded so I believe this...
