"We had a wonderful room with an unbelievable view of Zion and the river! The room was very nice and well-maintained. The location was walking distance to town and many places to eat. Just steps to the shuttle to Zion. Laundry facilities on-site were helpful, and the breakfast vouchers to Oscar’s cafe were worth the small price. "

"We stayed at the Montclair at Zion during our visit to the Southern Utah (Zion/Bryce) area. Communication, check-in & check-out was seamless. This facility doesn’t have a front desk and everything is done digitally or via text. The room was very clean, spacious and modern. "This property exceeded my expectations. We had a 2nd floor room and those have cathedral ceilings. The room is well equipped w/ a cute kitchenette for minor cooking & a dishwasher. Perfect for having easy meals. Our view was the virgin river and tons of deer hanging out. The rooms are modern but rustic and include pool towels. We enjoyed the hot tub 2 nights and it was great & easy to get to. The rooms have hardwood floors & the best balcony set up. I would stay here again & tell everyone. Loved...

"This was a lovely very well appointed Condo. There was a strange smell in our unit, which is my only complaint. It is clean, modern well appointed has a very nice primary bedroom with attached large bathroom with walk-in closet and huge shower. The secondary bedroom was very nice and had a bathroom in the hallway. We loved our stay there. We absolutely love the hot tub as well. It was kept at maybe 103° which felt fantastic after hiking all day."

"Wonderful place to stay. Everything was perfect. Bed was sooo comfortable and it was a lovely place to stay and so close to Zion entrance. My favorite was watching the sunrise from the porch. In addition the breakfast at Oscar’s was one of the best I ever had. "
