"I inquired about late check-in because we were driving in from Ft. Wayne, Indiana. The front desk associate said they would leave the motel room door unlocked with they key inside. This made us very uncomfortable because it's very unsafe. My mother paid for the room for this reason and asked for a refund but was denied.
