Clean nice room but always a problem this is my 3 stay in the hotel. This time no remote for TV and no coffee maker had to call in .In the morning tried to make coffee the machine does not work .They need to really maintain and check when cleaning the room the for this items in the the room .

New Apartments in Cranston by GLOBALSTAY
The room smelled of pet urine and the host never communicated with me to allow me access to the unit. I didn't obtain access to the unit until 8:45pm on the date of check in when I was there at 3:30 for checkin. The business has failed to make this right not have they refunded my deposit.
