"This condo is located just a block or so off the beach in Ocean Beach. The rental is well appointed with just about anything you may need for your beach trip/stay - which we appreciated since we were traveling with our young son from the East Coast. Communication was great with the owner - we did have to reach out to the property manager for the garbage code, he was responsive. Would've given 5 stars overall but the condo rules were a tad overwhelming...additional charges for sand in the shower...

"We were allowed a late check in due to travel restrictions. Unit is exactly located as advertised. Everything we planned to do was within 20-30 minutes away. Parking was fine. Beds were firm and in acceptable conditions. Back yard was great, neighbors were mostly quiet. We would stay here again. "

"Safety was a concern for me. The outside gate didn’t lock and it was very loud in the evening. The windows are very thin and on the last night I heard a bottle being smashed on the concrete that woke me out of my sleep. I’m not sure I would stay here again. "
