The elevators were a little slow and there was no ice in the ice machine, but those were minor inconveniences and the hotel was just right for our concert adventure. We used a covered parking lot across the street (diagonally), $15 for 24 hours. "

"The minute we started checking in with CRYSTAL at the front desk, it was inviting and kind. She asked were we safe in the recent storms when we told her we are from here. Also, PATTI, who was our server in the restaurant is delightful, friendly, professional and thorough with making sure we had everything to feel comfortable at the restaurant and for our stay. Patti has been our server on 2 other occasions there and just wonderful each time! They both raise the bar on excellent employees! Both of the ladies wrote and left us personal well wishes for our New Orleans girls weekend with my daughter, and put the notes under our door. That was an extra special surprise!"

"The pool is a little small and boring. The pictures make it look better than it is. The staff was really nice and the hotel is really clean."
