"The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom and front door was chipping and hard to close, and there was a stain on the sheet. We got moved to a better room that was cleaner. Unfortunately, the vending machine for water was broken, the pool was shut down permanently, the hallway smelled funny, and our microwave was dirty, but the breakfast was alright and the staff even helped us sweep up broken glass in the parking lot when we broke something. Overall, the staff made the visit much better."
