"The hotel’s ad on Expedia indicates an AIRPORT SHUTTLE is available BUT that is not true. The hotel staff stated the hotel never had one yet the Expedia ad continues to advertise the AIRPORT SHUTTLE. I incurred the extra cost of Ubers from and to the airport ($60 RT) and request reimbursement. I have receipts. The hotel said they are not responsible for the misprint in Expedia. Yet I relied on the information to select this hotel. I’d like someone to contact me for reimbursement. The...

"Overall the hotel was fine room was clean staff was very friendly the complimentary breakfast was very good and i know its not their fault but the hottub was broken was really looking forward to that after long drive and after walking the zoo in omaha all day and the pool was super small the TV in the room was going out had a terrible purple haze to it really bad. But overall good hotel"

"Really unique, old school vibe with beautiful rooms and great location."

"Treat yourself, enjoy this Gem of a hotel. At the price point, this hotel is more than a bargain. Elegant beauty with timeless charm located within walking distance of many venues in downtown Omaha. Gated parking adds value for this hotel treasure. Friendly staff and additional no-cost perks that welcome their guests. There is a perfect balance of amenities for business travelers to wedding venue. I highly recommend this as a destination, more than a room with a bed. You are pampered giving you...

"It was a nice clean hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We had to switch rooms initially because the lock on our first door wouldn't stay locked but the staff was very accommodating for this. The breakfast was decent and had lots of good hot choices. The location is spot on. The pool area was a little less clean than I would have liked and I didn't spend as much time there as I would have normally if it had been cleaner but overall a nice hotel."

"Loved the gym— spacious, clean and well equipped. The gym was the main reason I chose this property. Room was clean and all of the USB charging ports were helpful."
