Enjoy the comfort of our home with plenty of space for everyone! With a living room downstairs, a bonus room upstairs, 3 bed, 2 bath, a kitchen big enough to comfortably cook for your whole family, you wont be disappointed. Relax after a long day in front of the gas fireplace inside, or roast some marshmallows outback by the fire pit. Challenge your friends to a game of foosball or watch your favorite show or sport in either the bonus room or living room.

Sleeping arrangements: There are two guest rooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with two single beds. The Master bedroom has a king sized bed. Then the bonus room has a trundle bed with two single beds. There is also a large comfortable couch in the bonus room and a couch in the downstairs living room that guests can also use for sleeping.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

RV or trailer parking available at property.

Guests have full access to the house including the garage.

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood (at the end of a Cul-de-sac) that is family friendly. 20 min to historic downtown Franklin and 35 - 40 min to downtown Nashville.

I would highly recommend having a car for this location.

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.

A $300 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 10. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

Extra Charges:
A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.
