This is a ground level (private) single family home. Sit back; relax while watching the dolphins swim and play right from the backyard of this waterfront home. You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or park your boat if you choose to bring one. DIRECT GULF ACCESS. Enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, and a large screened in areas overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. One of a kind raised patio above the dock that lets you bask in the sun, be commander of the waterway, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Rinse off in the outdoor shower (tap water). Watch the boats as they head out to fish or just enjoy the waters. Want to play corn hole ? Enjoy our back yard area that has artificial turf. The house comes fully furnished with an eat in kitchen and additional full dining room, a full size washer/dryer, smart tv’s as well as WiFi. All beds come pre-made with the necessary linens and towels are provided in each bedroom & bathroom. This vacation getaway is a great place for golfing, fishing- Best Tarpon fishing in the world, inshore fishing, flats fishing, deep sea fishing, scalloping, boating, scuba diving, or just basking in the sun. Located only 5 minutes away is Weeki Wachee Springs and Roger's Park where you can swim, kayak or canoe with the manatees in the crystal clear waters of the Weeki Wachee river/springs. Crystal River, FL is just a short 25 min drive away where you can swim, fish, scallop and scuba dive. Tampa, FL is a quick hour drive away where you can spend the day at Busch Gardens or Adventure Islands water park. Orlando, FL is easily accessible by car to take a day trip with the family to Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, Sea World or other Florida theme parks. You can also take advantage of locally offered adventures like scuba diving in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters where you can observe the 10 military tanks submerged offshore or check out the brand new man made reef. All of which are located just behind this waterfront Hernando Beach, FL vacation rental home. SUNSETS ARE AMAZING!!!

Spend your next vacation to Florida in our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house while enjoying the Gulf of Mexico as your backyard! This house is a fully furnished home that is at ground level all one level. Just a couple steps to enjoy the large beautiful family room surrounded with windows to enjoy the water which is 20 feet away. The house can sleep up to 8 people with one king beds, one queen bed, and two double beds.

Awesome waterfront home

The location and parking are great ! Loved The gourmet kitchen and how well it was stocked. The whole whole house is so spacious lots of room. Loved the pool was in the pool every single day and the view you cannot beat. There was lots to do in the area as well we kept super busy. The only problem was to stay was just too short.

Perfect Hernando Beach Gettaway

The house was perfect and lot more spacious than the pictures show. It was in the perfect location to be able to watch the boats coming and going from the Gulf. We enjoyed the pool every day. Marta was a very gracious host and was very helpful with answering all of our questions. If we ever come back to Hernando Beach, I wouldn't wan to stay anywhere but here.

Great Time

Very nice house, and great location. Easy dockage for our boat and quick access to the gulf. Nice to cool off in the pool after a long day on the boat. Beautiful and relaxing sunset view from the deck over the dock. Wonderful place and great time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home!! It has a million dollar view of the gulf!! Sunset at night! Dolphins! Fishing off their dock! Their pool is amazing! The homeowners are amazing to work with!! We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!!

An excellent visit

We couldn't have enjoyed this property more! Clean, spacious, a beautiful lanai and sundeck with exquisite views of the bay and channels. My favorite part of the home was the cook's kitchen! Wonderful cookware and a huge prep island made eating in a fun experience, and the owner graciously shared her spice cupboard. The master bedroom suite was superb, the bed very comfortable with glass doors out to the Lanai. The property's location at the end of a channel to the bay provided the best breezes, which we appreciated on hot days! I would highly recommend this property for its privacy, comfort, and location.

Very Relaxing & Awesome Sunsets

What a relaxing vacation with our children! The sunsets were amazing! I loved watching the boats come and go. The house had everything you needed. Our last full day we were treated with a dolphin visit under the dock…pretty cool! And we finally saw the stingrays on that day as well. Thank you for sharing your home!

Incredible views- great rental

This house as it all, a pool, water views, Wi-fi, TVs, games and more. We had a a great time kayaking in the canals and fishing on the docks. We spent every morning watching the Sting rays on the second story deck. We typically take a cruise for our vacation but after staying here we won't be cruising anytime soon. Great owners and a great rental! I Would recommend this property all day long. Thanks so much.

Spacious and great location!!

If you're looking for a place to get away from everything, but still be within a short drive of shopping, this is the place! Numerous fishing charters, manatee trips, and state parks nearby. Only a 10 min drive to the store, but in a quiet area with a beautiful view! The house is spacious and comfortable, and the pier makes sitting out in the evenings and fishing a lot of fun! The owner is super helpful and a nice person. We saw numerous dolphins feeding right at the pier, and we even saw a manatee swim past! The sunsets are fantastic as well! You're missing out if you don't book this place!

Quiet and beauty surrounded by water!

We absolutely loved this property!!! The home is very spacious and comfortable! We loved the screened in area that overlooks the water! You can sit there and watch birds and dolphins in the water every day. We also enjoyed the TV outside! We spent the week of Thanksgiving here to visit my mother in law and we had a wonderful week! We had great weather too and my husband enjoyed being out in his kayak fishing! We loved this rental and Marta is wonderful to work with! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We look forward to returning soon!

Fantastic Home

Well what can I say but excellent, Marta has a fantastic home with everything you could need for a great stay. From the great inside to the fantastic outside areas the home is in a great area, nice and quite but with lots to do close by. The raised observation deck was such a great addition and we spent a lot of time up there watching the wild life pass by we saw dolphins and even had some ducklings pay us a visit, fishing off the sea wall and dock was another great way to relax. I had great contact with Marta and she was so helpful with lots of information and we were really lucky to meet her when we checked in. All in all we would love to return and spend another month in Martas fantastic home.

LOVE LOVE LOVE ❤️ This home was so inviting and relaxing for my husband, 3 children and mother-in-law. We didn’t want to leave! There was so much to see and do, just by walking out the back door. Everything you could possibly need, the house has! Marta was awesome from start to finish and she truly made my family feel welcome! I could go on for hours talking about how wonderful it was, but typing space is limited 😂 Don’t hesitate to stay here! The price, the privacy, the memories to be made are soooo worth it! My family and I will definitely be back for another stay!!!! Thanks Marta and family for letting us “borrow” your home for a phenomenal vacation!!!!

Outstanding Location For Us

If you’re looking for a beautiful home with lots of space, this is the home for you. There’s sun on the deck and pool all day. We saw many beautiful sunsets. Located where two canals come out to the Gulf of Mexico , there’s lots of water activity to observe including dolphins swimming , many kinds of birds, lots of various boats: kayaks, commercial and charter fishing boats, pontoon boats and sail boats. The area has many good restaurants and within 15 minutes any store you can imagine. Marta is one of the most friendly, understanding and generous people I’ve had the pleasure to meet. We will be back again for another outstanding vacation.

Absolute Perfect Location

This home was just what our family needed for our summer vacation. The location is absolutely perfect in everyway! Our grandchildren from ages 7 to 16 swam everyday in the pool, caught fish in the canal (they loved fishing), enjoyed the large open air deck, and playing games in the large family room. There was enough space for all of us without being on top of each other. And the sunsets were so beautiful each evening! A perfect ending to our amazing vacation. Check-in and check-out was easy and contact with Marta was answered quickly. We really did not have any complaints, and have already booked another week next year. Just wished we didn't have to wait a whole year! Thank you Marta!

Great Family Vacation! Wonderful Location!

This home was AWESOME!!! The area is so relaxed and the sea life in front of the house was abundant. We had dolphins, manatee, schools of sting ray, a few little sharks, LOTS of fish. Who needs Sea World. My son LOVED using the kayaks to explore and kayak with the dolphins. Sea life was more abundant at dusk. We rented this house with 4 teenagers and a 2 year old and "I'm Board" NEVER came out of their mouth. They stayed on the water. The two TV areas were great. The 2 year old watched cartoons on one and the others watched movies. Beds were comfy, kitchen was a great size and the owner is a PLEASURE to deal with. We went down to Clearwater, which is a little over an hour. Wasn't really impressed BUT near the end of our trip went to Pine Island State park and LOVED it. Low tide is shallow so great for little kids, high tide offers swimming and the water is clear to snorkel. Was only 15 minutes from the house. Had a great little snack shack and picnic area. Weeki Wachee Springs is only a few minutes away. I would totally suggest the kayak trip. We used Padding Adventures and had a great time. We found out the water is cold there but very refreshing. We will be renting this house again!

Loved everything about this place!

Marta's house was great! Perfect location as far as distance from places my family wanted to go. Honeymoon Island and Tarpon Springs sponge docks to the south, and we went canoeing in the Rainbow river to the north in Dunnellon. We also went to Homosasa Springs Wildlife State park and to Weeki Wachee Springs state park, where my sister and I have been going to since the 80's, since our grandparents lived nearby. These places all have fond memories from our childhood so it's nice to visit them now with my daughter and husband. We also hit a thrift store and a flea market, as well as a botanical garden. Never a shortage of things to do. Now as for the house, it was just amazing. The sunsets over the Gulf every night and dolphins that swam by every morning and evening was so cool. We even saw stingrays twice. The pool was perfect. We cooked out and fished in the canal and caught several fish. At night, wildlife would show themselves around the dock, like blue crab, horseshoe crab, shrimp, and even an adorable turtle. You just never knew what would come by. We stayed outside most of the time because it was that cool! The breeze off of the gulf was also perfect. Watching boats go out and come in was fun too! Man, we just didn't want to leave. I would totally recommend staying here, and I would stay here again. The neighborhood is also very nice and feels very safe. Thank you Marta for sharing your home with my family!
