"Enjoyed our stay in South Philly at this property. The furnishings and decor in the home are rather grandmotherly but somehow it works (sparkly kitchen countertops and all!). It's a spacious home where my family of four felt comfortable. Property manager responded promptly to concerns. The best part is the location--we were delighted by the proximity to restaurants and cafes on 9th and also on Passyunk, and bus lines a very short distance in all directions take you downtown and to historic sites...

"This is a charming 4 level home in a quiet courtyard within walking distance to many historic sites, shops, bars and restaurants. Beautifully renovated inside, quiet, super clean, comfortable bed. We lucked out with street parking on arrival. We used the narrow lane in the rear to quickly load our car when leaving. Overnight parking at the 10th and South Street lot was convenient. We much preferred staying here vs center city hotel. "
