"This was a very enjoyable stay, everything was very clean, beautiful views, the people were so nice, and it was such a great location to walk everywhere you can go to such fun places all around there. The only thing I would suggest is getting better coffee…."

"They do not tell you they don’t take chime so even though the room was paid for they sent me and my 3 kids away at 9:30 pm the night before their grandmothers funeral "

"1st room I received smelled terrible. was able immediately to get another room which was fine. old place. "

"The pool and hot tub were down which ruined our experience. the teenagers running the hotel gave us a free cookie and said we had to speak to the manager about compensation with the pool being down but the manager was no where to be found and still has not contacted me about this. we checked out a day early as the this experience was awful. every time i reached out to the hotel they either did not respond or told me i had to speak to the manager. i even tried to reach out through expedia for some kind of accommodation or something but nobody responded. very dissatisfied and disappointed "

"The heating system needs to be updated, very loud and always shut on and off. The chain lock needs to be updated with something more secure. The "breakfast" was bread, butter, coffee and juice. No cereal for the kids that came down. Hallway needs more lighting. The room was clean but the TV was tiny, maybe 24 inches. The staff at front desk was very nice. On a very busy street, so ask for a room not on that side."
