"Very beautiful property. Gorgeous grounds and the rooms are cozy. Smaller “suites” than most hotels and definitely lots to work on to give guests a five star resort experience. Our stay felt extremely understaffed. Lots of miscommunication. And we were often looking around for staff that were nowhere to be found. Empty “lobby”, no one in valet, The layout of the main building is extremely badly designed. The “spa” is a couple of rooms in a hallway. There is no conviene store or five star...

"Great place to stay, love the location and a nice breakfast."

"Nice hotel and great location!"

"Great location for walking all around Jackson Hole!"

"For starters, the building is older with creaky floors. There was a group of high school students staying on the 2nd floor that had a lot of walking movement that created a tremendous amount of noise. The bathtub drain was stuck in the closed position preventing the water from draining. I had to hold it open for the water to drain. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave over. Staff was pleasant."

"We had such a good time here! The staff was wonderful, they had onsite restaurants which was great. Overall just a great place to stay!"

"Such a convenient stay! The only thing i would mention poorly would be the tvs as they were a bit difficult to manage, could use an upgrade as they wouldn’t stop buffering I eventually just could not use. They wouldn’t work for me but other than this I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend!"

"This stay was so cozy and cute for my little family! My small children loved it and we thoroughly enjoyed the location! Quiet and calm!"

"Top notch hotel with excellent service and convenient location. My only small complaint is that the AC units are a bit unintuitive to use and didn't keep the room all that cold"
