"Our original stay was to have been for 4 nights; however, we could not possibly stay at the rental in Clearview, so I contacted Janet to inquire of her if her place was available for the same 4 nights. Janet was most gracious and helpful in making the arrangements. We drove for 4.5 hours in the dark and pouring rain to arrive at her rental. We found it to be comfortable and welcoming. In the daylight the next morning we could see that we were located in a relatively quiet, residential neighborhood. Fortunately, there’s a place for breakfast directly across the street. People we met were friendly. We stayed 8 nights at the close of their summer season, so we never saw an abundance of vacationers with boats for the nearby Lake Waquimakeg. Sitting out on the covered deck, we enjoyed the resident hummingbirds that visited the two hanging baskets on the deck. We would recommend this cabin."

"Beautiful very clean cabin with amazing view- boat access was amazing very private . Very accommodating service for first timers! Kids loved the fishing and swimming right off the dock 5 stars!"

"Brought my bachelor trip up to Mikes property. The whole trip was to good to be true. At first glance when booking I didn’t think it was possible to find a place like this but Mike provides all necessities with a great piece of property. He’s around if you need him and he’s out of sight if you don’t. Super laid back, genuine and accommodating host. Had a great time and look forward to come back up again. Hopefully you’re ready for the boys again next time Mike Cheers. "

"For the price, air conditioning would be nice.All furniture is great except for the two couches in the living room. The fully upholstered one stunk of dog on hot days and the pull-out couch is not very comfortable and old.When paying a 300 cleaning fee, we should not be asked to sweep the floors. We found out alter one day that the floors had not been washed for a long time. Bare feet were very dirty.The upstairs bathtub is an accident waiting to happen. Needs a rubber mat and a handle to hang onto for seniors.Kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were extremely well stocked.Really nice to have access to the boats and canoes.Nice BBQ.. "

"Honestly wasnt bad over all exsept hairs in the sink and over dirty and some hairs on the bedding. And ac units left in the windows still so was a bit drafty. But honsstly was grate location and everything other then the cleaner not cleaning proper. I would stay there again if still available next time i go up and is cleaned proper"

"The location of the stay is good with access to waterbody and surrounded by woods with good Fall view all the way from the nearby town. There’s room for lots of improvement for the property. The running tap water at the house is yellowish, which I believe they do not have a good filter system. Also, the property was not built complete which caused heating and power issues throughout. Even though the owner had a solution the next day, I believe completing everything and listing the property would be much better for the guests. Accurate google maps location is not there for the house, so it became difficult to find the stay."
