"We stayed in Dave's lovely home for 1 month while our own home was under renovation. Our college student joined us and the house was perfect for the 3 of us. The upstairs suite with king bed, laundry room, bathroom, and lounge area was perfect for the returning college student. The rest of the house was great, and our dogs loved the backyard. The location was perfect... every time we put in directions we were 2 miles from where we needed to be. And Dave was great!"

"Absolutely loved our stay at the Farmhouse. Was perfect place for our family to gather for a day or two. Ada had fresh flowers, cookies, and so many personal touches that made us feel right at home. This old farmhouse had charm with the creaky floors, but updated and stylish as well. Beds, couches, & deck furniture was all so comfy and perfect for relaxing! Thank you Ada! We even had an adventure when the goats got out of the pen and we had the fun of getting them all back to safety! :) "

"This huge house fit my family of 6, plus some extended family, 12 in all. The driveway was a bit narrow getting in but we fit 5 cars in the parking area out back. The house is visibly historic, so there were some things that could be updated like the trim and other cosmetic items, but it was fuctional and spacious. There was some food left in the fridge and cabinets that were not properly sealed, so we disposed of them. I was asked to clean the grill after we used it, but it didn't look like it...

"Historical area, beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Nice clean comfortable house for a short stay. One note: WiFi doesn’t work, the manager on the record is no longer in charge. Used my personal hotspot. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. While we were there, the power went out but the house came installed with a generator so we didn’t have to worry about not having electricity. The generator did shut off on our last night but someone came the next morning to reset it."
