"Our weekend stay at the Baxter Manor was wonderful! We wanted somewhere quiet and off the beaten path. Check. We wanted something unique. Check. And we wanted to create a memorable weekend in a new place! Check. We enjoyed the spring city history and cemetery tour, dinner at Das Cafe, and seeing all of the pioneer era sites. Throw in a visit to the new temple in Ephraim and a drive on the Nebo Loop and it was a perfect weekend!"

"The property was exactly what it said in listing and more. It was a small place but was able to accommodate eight people very well. What we liked about it was that you were able to cook some meals there because it was properly equipped to do so as well. It was clean. The host communicated quickly as well and was good to work with. We really enjoyed the back yard fire pit area and living room. I would certainly stay here again."

"A magical oasis! We loved our stay, and it was the perfect space for a long awaited family reunion. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well appointed and meticulously clean. The gardens were so beautiful and in full bloom, including a thriving vegetable garden on the side of the house. The game room was a delight, and we loved all the antique pin ball machines. There were many spots for conversation, including a comfortable living room, a wraparound porch with 4 rocking chairs, and a grain silo converted into a gazebo. We loved every minute of our time there, and hope to return someday!"

"Unique property in the middle of a juniper forest. Units feel like a private residence. Spacious and well cared for amenities such as pool, playground, pickle ball, basketball. Even RV accommodations. Freedom to explore the surrounding forest. Lodge and accompanying lawn area can accommodate fairly large groups. Staff is friendly and efficient to help with your plans for a stay here. Historical towns and the Manti La Sal National Forest mountains give visitors much to do."
