"Mini fridge did not work properly. Shower walls were not clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Booked a king 2 months in advance and on arrival received a 2 queen room."

"Great location and friendly staff."

Worse, the GM downgraded us from the premium room we had reserved and paid for AND lied about the military discount having been applied. --There was a 3-person "welcoming committe" in the parking which dressed like they had just exited prison. They approached...
