"For starters Check in was at 2pm yet owner stated his maids weren’t done and I would need to come back at 3 Although I was already in route to property and 10 minutes away . Negotiated later check out due to me being inconvenienced . When I entered the property it smelled awful and I could tell it wasn’t cleaned by maids . "This was a lovely place in a nice neighbourhood and everything is reasonably close by for driving. It was warm and had everything we needed and very nice coffee. The hosts were lively about communicating with us being as we came from so far away"

"Aside from the obvious- paper thin walls and extremely uncomfortable beds - I was most annoyed that the address confirmed in the reservation was not the actual address of the property. Location was the deciding factor when we booked and it was disappointing when we got a different address with our check-in instructions. Not a pleasant situation."

"First of all, I couldn't even stay at the apartment. The host couldn't even get back to me, the number they had put to call if any questions, it wasn't even there right phone number. I feel embarrassed to say but I spent my money for an apartment that I couldn't even sleep in. I can't even get my money back."

"This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. Those things didn’t keep us from enjoying...

"Very clean, quaint, beautiful art, very comfy bed, great lap pool, great A/C, Quiet, Easy access. My one and only caution are the Matt’s in the shower! They slide when you take that first step in and I’m a nimble person, mind you. Switch those to something else. Not safe. My Cowboy would have preferred some live t.v. But we made do. "

"Two days before check-in date I had not received check-in instructions. I called the host directly and he said he had told VRBO not to book stays that month. (This is despite the fact my reservation had been confirmed I contacted VRBO and eventually received an email from VRBO saying they could not rebook me on short notice and I was on my own to arrange for accomodations. I was left high and dry."

"Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time."
