"We have a section of the house to ourselves. It's very clean and seems like it's been renovated recently. The property has other houses for host and their family, so the host is on site and easy accessible. We are able to use the garden, which is beautiful with variety of flowers and plants. It feels like a place from a fairy tale."

"Liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Für Unterhaltung war gesorgt, wie Bücher und Spiele und natürlich - wer möchte - auch TV und Radio. Gute Verdunkelung und schallisolierte Fenster, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören war; allerdings über dem Studio ging es zeitweise recht polternd zu. Ansonsten war alles sauber, Küche-/ und Badbereich, doch an der Decke in der Küche und teils auf den Balken sah man deutliche Spuren, dass dort länger nicht kontrolliert wurde. Doch das war nicht...

"Wir haben die Zeit in Barum im alten Rittergut sehr genossen. Eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Lüneburg oder der Heide. Perfekt für einen Besuch in der Lüneburger Heide."

Aber das Sahnehäubchen war die Wohnung: Heimelig ausgestattet und dabei doch auch immer praktisch - und zudem picobello sauber! Wir werden Wiederholungstäter!"

"Man findet nicht das vor, wie beschrieben, und es gab Überraschungen. DVD Player, Filme, Radio fehlten. Zu dieser Preiskategorie gehört auch eine Mikrowelle. Nur Backofen vorhanden, den man bei der Hitze nicht gerne bedient. Geschirr nass im Schrank, elementares Küchenmesser fehlt. Erwachen bei jedem Wenden im Bett wegen lautem Geknarre, Matratze sehr schlecht."

"Wo soll man anfangen? Wir haben eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Haus der Meyers verbracht, die wirklich die allerherzlichsten und nettesten Gastgeber sind, viele Tipps parat haben und immer gern alle Fragen zur Umgebung beantworten. Die Aussicht aus der Küche bzw. von der Terrasse ist so schön, dass man vom Frühstück gar nicht aufstehen möchten (muss man ja auch nicht). Die geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Hauses, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, macht die Unterkunft zum gemütlichen Heim auf Zeit....

Sie ist hell , gepflegt und geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet, Der Kontakt mit Frau Ness war sehr nett und unkompliziert und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten grosse Lust , länger zu bleiben und wiederzukommen ,wenn nicht heimische Pflichten und der Belegungsplan dagengesprochen hätten ! !"
