"Starbucks, Taco Del Mar and McDonalds less than a 5 min walk. Subway and Circle K 6 minute walk. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast bar in the morning was very clean, organized, and kept stocked. Food tasted great, in all my travels I would rate them in top 5 breakfast bars. Super quiet and beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spotless. You cannot go wrong staying here. Would use them again. "

"The room met our needs thoroughly. The hosts, Laura and Mike were great and accommodating. Yes, there is a little bit of freight train noise at night, but all of Sprague experiences it. We were traveling by e-bike which fit easily into the room near a plug for our chargers. We definitely will return if we're in the area again."
