Parking is convenient to the villa and the best part is a little bar / ice cream shop 50 yards from the front door of the property. "Pros: Wohnung Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Dorfende von Margreit an einer Straße mit fast keinem Verkehr, d.h. keine Lärmbelästigung. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und modern eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick ins Etschtal und die Weinanbaugebiete. "Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch. Sehr ruhig, trotzdem nicht weit von der Straße. Von der Terrasse geht der Blick bis zum Brenta-Massiv und in der Umgebung bieten sich viele attraktive Wander- und Ausflugsziele. Das Haus selbst strahlt eine angenehme Atmosphäre aus, es ist gemütlich, funktionell und bestens gepflegt. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr warm und herzlich empfangen. Es war eine große Freude, zehn Tage hier verbringen zu dürfen."
