"Staff were very friendly and helpful ; in particular the lady who checked us in on arrival.The food was very good - we dined there in the 2 evenings we stayed & choices were good. I must comment on the plentiful selection of choices available at breakfast which included local specialities - delicious. The rooftop area with loungers of various types was lovely. We had a sea view room which was spacious and comfortable . Nice area to stay to visit here and other places on the coast down to Santa Maria de Leuca & inland."

"Lovely hotel and good value off season as limited facilities available. It was great as it was nice and quiet. Beautiful sea views and location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Just a couple of disappointments - the balcony had a very high front so when you sat down you couldn’t see the view! The sides were low so very open to neighbours and anyone smoking on their balcony. We had to keep the doors shut at times to keep smoke out of our room.( We were told we couldn’t swap rooms ) Also worth noting that all the balconies were in the shade in the afternoon when we visited in late September. "

"Absolutely loved our stay in Castro, the apartment was extremely comfortable, clean &typically Italian. We loved sitting outside to enjoy the sea view and ambience of the area. Castro is a beautiful town and located within easy reach of Brindisi or Bari Airports with easy to reach other towns. Lovely restaurants & views. Our hosts were welcoming. Would recommend."

"Simply the most gorgeous place to stay and explore southern Puglia. The food, service and the whole team are outstanding- extremely attentive, kind and truly look after you and make you feel special. "It was absolutely gorgeous. Was our third trip to the Puglia area, and to discover a place like this … lovely, modern and with immaculate pools was such a treat. Yes the pool is a few minutes walk from the main hotel, but isn’t that sometimes the case with big complexes? And if you don’t want to walk, a shuttle is available. The pool and shuttle are both included, so no extra cost. Lovely selection of drinks at breakfast, aswell as cereals, pastries and a bit of an Italian spread. The balcony was huge, gorgeous view of the sea with lovely furniture. Our apartment was 2 bed, so no having to set up a bed in the living space. The reception staff spoke great English and helped us discover local places we wanted to visit. We honestly loved this hotel, it was the perfect end to a multi stay break."
