We visited for our anniversary, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising us with complimentary champagne. The Ozarker Lodge is warm, welcoming, and memorable we can’t wait to come back."

"Easy check in but clerk gave me a key to 233 but told me 238, door was open so we check in. He meant 233 then interrogated me on how I got in. The lobby had a musty smell, the hallways were muggy no air circulating. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked for more towels and was cloths. "
