Welcome to The Crosby Cottage, a piece of history in Spokane Valley! This modern cottage sleeps 4 and is long-rumored to have been built by Bing Crosby for his parents in 1939. Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. 685 square feet and walkable to city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to downtown Spokane, airport, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping! Fenced for privacy, with ample private parking. Full of natural light and fresh white paint throughout, with blackout shades in the sleeping areas for comfort. Casper mattress in the bedroom, dual hand held shower head with hose in the bathroom, quartz countertops and backsplash in the kitchen. Quaint, well-lit outdoor area with solar lights, string lights, and sconces. Coded fence gate lock and electronic front door deadbolt.

Great location in Spokane Valley. The place is freshly remodeled and clean with a couple electrical quirks (3- way switch incorrectly wired in kitchen, bedroom closet in dire need of lighting). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!

Great stay!
This cottage was very clean and was a great stay for us (2 adults, a toddler and an infant). I prefer VRBO over hotels because of cleanliness, and this place was perfect for that reason. The listing did say 2 queen beds, but there is only one. However, that did not impact our stay. The directions were easy to follow to find, and the check-in process was very easy. If we need to stay in the area again, I would definitely book here!

A Great Find
Crosby cottage was a very special place. Beautifully appointed with so many thoughtful touches. Lovely patio area, very comfortable bed, & spacious living room and bathroom. So enjoyed the nespresso and French press coffee options. We would most definitely make it our choice when we are back in the area.
