Early 2000s house, located in North Spokane (Bluegrass Neighborhood), a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It is in central location near to restaurants, hospital, schools, groceries, shopping center etc. This property have 3 available rooms for the guests, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining and patio. Driveway and street parking are available as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be informed that 2 people (owner) are living in the basement during your stay. They have their own entrance thru garage door and guests is thru front door. Their only access is the basement so there's no chance guests will interact with them inside the house. There's a big door separating the basement and guests space and it's locked so guests still have your privacy. BEDROOM DETAILS (3 rooms available)

White room- Queen bed with shared full bathroom
