Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located place, Close to GU and min to downtown areas.

There are 5 separate rooms in the house that are all rented out to other guests, there are 2 shared bathrooms and 2 shared kitchen areas.

Each room has its own mini fridge with a small freezer, smart tv's with access to Netflix.

We also have a coffee and tea bar available to all guests.

We provide one roll of toilet paper and some paper towels for each stay.

I was hesitant of just staying in a room but it was very comfortable, and it’s a nice set up, we loved it. Great for a softball tournament when we just need somewhere to sleep and shower! Plus there was coffee which is a plus!

Surprisingly Amazing

I have never rented just a room before so I was initially pretty hesitant. However my concerns were lifted once I got there. The house was very clean, easy to get in/out of, and although all the rooms were booked I didn’t even see anyone else who was staying there. Would definitely stay again, thank you so much for such a good stay!
