"We booked at a Hilton expecting a certain standard of quality. Instead it felt more like a motel 6. The shower was awful-water sprayed out way too hard and the showerhead doesn’t adjust. Towels were rough. The lady at check in acted as if she was annoyed to be working-barely any eye contact. Room was tiny and dark. Overall, a disappointing experience. "

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "

"This is a beautiful home that accommodated entire my family well. It was comfortable and clean. The host was very prompt in communicating and made sure we had everything we needed. This was by far, the best value in the area. Chain hotels were more expensive. 10/10 recommend! "
