Beautiful NEW renovated apartment located on second floor in private house near protected park forest Marjan.
Nearest BEACH, on the slopes of Park forest, is 7 MINUTES away by foot and CITY CENTER is 10 MINUTES by foot!
This is a spacious two bedroom apartment, with kitchen and living room, bathroom with glass enclosed shower and beautiful terrace with spectacular view.

NOTES FOR PARKING: house doesn't have marked spot for car, but it's small and quiet street with only couple of neighbors so you can safely park on sidewalk in front of house like all the others in the street.

To make your stay more beautiful I can recommend you the places to visit, take you somewhere you want and provide all small things person needs. I'm very friendly person and happy to meet new people.

I can arrange for you short one day trips to surrounding islands and towns

Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Sometimes you can only hear birds and crickets hiding in pines trees nearby.
Nearest market is 100 meters away, as well as post office, pharmacy store, green market, butcher shop and bakery.
As for the beaches, all of them in Park forest Marjan, are only couple minutes away from the house.

bel appartement, grand et propre avec tout le confort. Très bien situé au bord du parc Marjan et à 10 min à pied de la plage et du centre historique. Et surtout place gratuite dans la rue pour se garer
