Cozy and comfortable apartment Stanić is perfect for couples, group of friends, business people but also for families with children.
This 40 sqm apartment is located 1,2 km (less than 15 minutes walking distance) from centre of the town and Diocletian`s Palace.
Popular city beaches are only 1-1.5 km away from the apartment. Apartment is completely restructured located in the residential building and is provided with every comfort. It offers public parking, free of charge (reservation is not requested).
This elegant apartment is for up to 4 people with wide living area with a dining table and a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a completely equipped kitchen.

First time in Split!

Stanic is a good base for exploring Split, without being in the hussle and bustle of town. About 15 mins walk to old town and beach (with a dogey knee). Found the place spotless and everything we needed. The host, Tonci welcomed us to the apartment and was available for anything we needed during our stay.

Amazing host

Tonči is possibly the sweetest man we’ve ever met. He met us at the apartment and showed us how to work everything and then gave us tips on getting around the city and local grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was well cleaned and you could tell there was energy put into making it feel homey.

Excellent accommodation

Very smooth check-in, Tonči is very kind and attentive and responded immediately to any query we had. The apartment is as advertised, a comfortable size for 2 people, very clean with sufficient additional linens and towels and a washing machine for longer stays. We found it to be ideally located for an easy walk to the centre of town, the beaches, nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. The grocery store is only a minute walk away, the bus stop is even closer and a large shopping mall is only a 20 minute walk away (a larger shopping mall is about a 40 minute walk but can easily be reached by bus. We found very close free parking quite easily and recycling/garbage disposal is very close by as well. We enjoyed our two-month stay very much and would definitely recommend the Stanic apartment. Thank you Tonči for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your accommodation, it was a great pleasure meeting you.

Schöne große Wohnung

Geräumige Wohnung, guter Zugang zum Meer und zur Altstadt, jeweils ca. 15 Minuten. Der Vermieter war freundlich und hat schnell auf whattsapp Fragen geantwortet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber, Alles in allem ne gute Wohnung 👍🏻

Spacious one bed apartment near Split Old Town

This property was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It is 1.5 km from the Old Town and the best sandy beach we found being Firule (left out of apartment and straight down the road for about 15 minutes). The restaurant across the road was excellent and well worth a visit. Tonci was exceptionally helpful and couldn't do enough for us. He even picked us up from the bus station and left food for our arrival! I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Split. Rosemary, (England)

Sauber, Geräumig, Sehr nette Vermieter

Wurden mit einem etwas Gefüllten Kühlschrank erwartet, Schinken, Käse, Brot, Wein, Bier, Wasser, Saft und Obst. Mussten also nach der langen fahrt nicht Hungern. Für uns (2 Erwachsene) war es geräumig und gut ausgestattet, alle Zimmer waren sauber. Parkplatz haben wir in den 2 Wochen immer gefunden. Zu Fuß kann man den Supermarkt, Bäcker und eine Apotheke in wenigen minuten erreichen. In die Stadt braucht man zu Fuß ca. 10 - 15 min., ans Meer (je nach Strand) ca. 15-20 min. Zum Abschied haben wir noch ein Kleines Geschenk bekommen, über was wir uns sehr gefreut haben.
