"Awesome hotel. Looks like it’s from the 60s. Really cool vibes. Beautiful views."

"The location and view are really the only positives we can give this hotel. Unfortunately, the staff were consistently unhelpful and no one seemed particularly interested in creating a welcoming environment for guests. The pool “bar” was especially disappointing. Half of the items we tried to order from the menu were unavailable, and despite advertising a happy hour at the pool, the bar would close in the early evening. The rooms were also disappointing. The bed and pillows were extremely...

"My wife and I stayed at Hotel La Pensione Svizzera during our honeymoon in Sicily, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end! First and foremost, the hospitality here was exceptional. Every single staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was answering our questions, helping us arrange transportation from the airport, or simply making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, the entire team consistently...

"We arrive at night in a thunder storm and we got the worse room I ever had in a hotel. Small, ugly, horrible view, no water pressure, it was room #414. After 2 days of hell, we got on the last day a water view, balcony and a LOT of water pressure , room #409 It was night and day"

"I am so glad we chose UNA over hotels in Taormina. Our room is spacious with gorgeous views. We dined at the Le Grande on the first night. The food was delicious and the setting was so lovely. The pool and sun decks have beautiful views too. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Best of all you get the most amazing view of Mt. Etna and Taormina."

"Absolutely stunning!! This place is a hidden gem in the mountains!! I 100% suggest visiting. This was my second time and I plan on returning again;) Also I would suggest adding the all inclusive option upon arrival. Lots of food and drinks included."

"Amazing hotel Walking distance to all Quiet, clean, beautiful colorful sea views Super attentive kind nice staff Recommended in taormina."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff very helpful"

"Hotel Condor front desk staff were just amazing (two ladies) who went above and beyond arranging tours and providing very helpful information. The location was great and all of the amenities including a tasty daily breakfast served by lovely ladies on the rooftop. The location was perfect with many attractions and dinner options close by within walking distance. Would highly recommend."

"The staff was incredibly helpful. We needed to rent a car, have it delivered and returned to another location. They went up and beyond what was expected! Also, I had a wonderful massage and a fabulous lunch . We arrived late for reservation but still were able to get a sandwich and a drink. Wish that we could have stayed longer,!!"
