"Everything went well. Its not an updated hotel. Little run down. Only bad part was pool and hot tub were not clean. Tons of grit in hot tub and large chunks of black hair floating in the pool. Its open 24 hours so im afraid they never clean it"

"The room itself was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, the space was large, and the views were great — honestly more room than I even needed. I enjoy trying different places when I travel, and overall I enjoyed my stay. A few things could definitely be improved though. It would help to have a much bigger sign or clearer instructions for check-in. I drove around the block a few times trying to figure out where to go. It would be helpful if they explained ahead of time that you drive into the parking garage, check in there, and then you’re set. I basically had to guess how the process worked. I was also disappointed there was no pool, and having to pay an extra $25 to use the hot tub felt unnecessary — it would be nicer if that was just included for guests. The staff mentioned they would notify me when the room was ready, but I never received a message. I also never received my emailed receipt. Overall though, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views."

"The front desk help was excellent! The only criticism was the breakfast event - the cook/kitchen staff, who was responsible to keep the breakfast dishes full, did a pretty POOR job of it. There were a lot of clients, having breakfast and at one time the scrambled egg, sausage, biscuit&gravy, cereal milk, were empty, all at once. There were a lot of young people, who have healthy appetites, who just cleaned out - the responsible person should check more often on the food!!!! By the time the dishes were refilled, my three friends were done with their breakfast and I had not yet begun???? I found a used bath towel - not a pool towel, in the closet in my bedroom. My first thought was that someone who had access to the room, might have used the shower and left the towel? The pool room, pool and jacuzzi was very clean and a pleasure to use!"
