"At first we couldn’t find the hotel, even the taxi driver was unsure. But we were pleasantly surprised that it was located in the football stadium and it wasn’t a castle. Staff was great and helpful, the place was very clean. A short walk took us to a good choice of different restaurants. The one negative was the hotel restaurant ran out of multiple items on their menu so our dinner choices were limited. The hotel manager was very apologetic and helped to make the meal enjoyable."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. They gave us a handicap room which made taking a shower difficult. They didn’t give us enough towels, no bath mat, no tissue box, no shampoo or conditioner. All of this should be the basics, especially for the price I made. They need to do better."
