"The house was exactly as listed, very comfortable and unusually weĺl stocked with essentials. Our stay was during autumn half-term break and weather wasn't great but still plenty to do and the beach would be spectacular on a sunny day. Highly recommend."

"Great property, good location but not 100% clean. Had to wash a few pots before use and lots of dust under the bed. Windows dirty and quite a lot of dust and cobwebs. The settee was the hardest, ugliest and most uncomfortable that we have ever sat on. It was large enough for myself and my sister but I can’t see 6 adults stopping there comfortably. In all we had a good week but the sofa meant we couldn’t really relax in the evening so had to sit in the conservatory."

"Beautiful property. The hosts literally have thought of everything you need for a perfect stay. Such a generous and very much appreciated welcome pack, especially as we arrived fairly late. Great communication from the host. Only a short drive from beautiful Lincoln. Although we stayed in the grounds of the host’s home it still felt incredibly private. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very dog friendly. We would love to visit again. Thank you for everything Andy."

The house is well equipped with everything we needed for five of us and is well situated - there is a small shop around the corner and Hunstanton's shops, pubs and sea front are no more than ten minutes walk. "Stayed here for my hen weekend and it was amazing! All the rooms were lovely decorated and so clean. The whole group of us really enjoyed it and loved finishing our nights off with a dip in the big hot tub. The weekend was so luxurious we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere. Everyone said they would definitely go back, whether it be another party weekend or chilled one with the family, would suit all needs. So well equipped and so clean. Loved it!"
