"Our annual sisters getaway…..we had not stayed here before and there is always apprehension with a new place. First off the communication was great. Barbara responded quickly every time I reached out. The living area is wide open with large windows on two sides. The view is simply rolling green hills as far as the eye can see. Just beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make meals for the entire week with no problems. Our individual bedrooms were comfortable. My only hurdle was the high sided soaking tub. I have bad knees and it was a challenge but after a little negotiating everything worked. Honestly we would have liked a shower curtain for the tub as water did tend to splash. But the water was always hot with good pressure. The location is pretty country but also being close enough to town for shopping. We did a little exploring in the area as well. We really did enjoy our stay and we’re thinking this will be next years location as well!!!. Barbara and Dave are great hosts. They live upstairs but you would t know it. Great place!"

"This property had a very homestyle feel, as if you were going to Grandma’s for a stay! It had a relaxing & inviting feel 😌 The property was just beautiful & we loved the view from the deck & walking down to the creek just down the lane. The owner had very quick responses & I did like that there wasn’t an exhausting list of to-do’s before leaving the home, in fact, there was only 1- take the trash down to the central can! Would definitely stay here again & for sure would recommend! "
