"Nice condo in downtown Austin. Perfect for 2 couples. Even though the shower was shared, we each had our own toilet/sink area and that made it workable. The reviews about the front bedroom and hearing the street noise is 100% accurate. But I'm a heavy sleeper and it did not affect me one bit. But it definitely could if you are a light sleeper. "In town for UT graduation and this place was perfect. Recently renovated from an old apartment building, the complex looks a tad sketchy upon drive-up but those fears quickly disappeared. Nice, spacious, safe, convenient, well-appointed unit feels brand new. Location is perfect with easy access to campus and downtown (via Guad & Lamar) and very quick & easy to get in/out of town (via 35 & MoPac). And a reserved parking spot right in front! Will definitely stay here again!!"

"This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce."

Hot tub is huge but the water was a little murky so did not use. It's nothing that a few chemicals won't resolve. Have your own parking spot which is super nice."
