Our condo was a corner unit on the 30th floor. It was huge and very clean. The bed was comfortable (sheets were okay). The couch was fine to sit on but more pillows would have made it better. The other two chairs were not comfortable at all (more aesthetic). Very nice appliances and fridge. The big downfall for us was the ac unit was very loud as well as the highway traffic. We used earplugs for our three night stay. It was difficult for us to relax. Other things to note..pool area is great. Also condo is close to several walkable restaurants, food trucks and bars. We overall had a fine stay but would probably not stay here again because of the noise. We do live in the country so don’t have much tolerance for it. If you are use to city noise this place is could be a great fit.

Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again.

We had a great time exploring Austin and our stay at this property was the cherry on top. It was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Communication with our host was easy and they were so responsive. The location was perfect as the starting point and ending point to our day. A coffee shop in the lobby, a bodega around the corner, and Rainey St. was steps away. Loved watching the sunsets from the rooftop pool. We’d definitely stay here again.

Everything was outstanding. From the valet to the room it was wonderful. Heads up and be prepared to spend 40 a day for valet. If not you’re going to try to find somewhere to park and good luck on that.

First of all, we loved the hotel. The rooftop pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The only surprise we had was that the second bedroom of our “two bedroom“ condo did not have a closet available nor was it really set up as a bedroom. Rather it was a Murphy bed with no night table so that was a little disconcerting. However, the condo was beautiful and well set up, communication was excellent and they ended up giving us complimentary late checkout. I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo compex was very nice, and the staff was great. The valet service was excellent. The condo was spacious with a comfortable bed, and had almost everything we needed. It also was not right in the middle of downtown, so it was quiet. It was still well within walking distance to restaurants and stores, and the water walk was right behind the building. The easy access to the interstate was a plus as well. The management company of our particular unit was always available and responded quickly, although we didn't have any issues. The toilet paper holder fell off, so I just let them know. Our overall stay was lovely!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and responsive. The area is very cute and there are many good places to eat close by.
