"Excellent location for the beaches at Punta Prosciutto but you do need a car. Accommodation is basic but very clean and for £50 a night is a bargain. We stayed in 4 locations in Puglia and samana had by far the best breakfast. Simone who runs the place was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again. "

"Cannot praise this place highly enough, the owner takes huge care and engages frequently to check that you are enjoying yourself. The breakfast here is unsurpassed, a superb chef is on the premises making stunning local treats for breakfast. There was rotolo and mint cake for breakfast and they were divine. "Me and my friends stayed at the hotel for 3 night. The hotel is right on the beach and we were lucky because we had sea views from the balcony-at no additional cost. "This is a boutique hotel with only 20 rooms in an historic castle that has been beautifully remodeled. The staff is very friendly and there is a Michelin star restaurant onsite.
