Amazing location to be right on the beach. Space was great for our needs. There is a semi private walk way that could be a bit treacherous when coming and going. I would definitely like to come again.

Era il mio sogno da sempre. Una casa sulla spiaggia, la musica del mare a cullare la notte e il risveglio. La definisco un'esperienza sensoriale che andrebbe vissuta una volta nella vita. Per quanto riguarda la casa è esattamente come nelle foto con uno dei bagni migliorato avendo sostituito vasca con doccia grande. Letti comodi, meraviglioso mangiare in veranda, c'è tutto quello che serve per una vacanza all'insegna del contatto con la natura, molto apprezzato i lettini e ombrelloni. La cucina semplice ma fornita di tutto e cucinare con il mare accanto non ha prezzo. Il piccolo tratto di spiaggia per arrivare non disturba. Chek in puntuale e Veronica sempre disponibile per ogni dettaglio. Non possiamo non ritornare. Ho lasciato in quella casa un pezzo del mio cuore

La posizione sarebbe molto bella perchè realmente sul mare. Il problema è che per accedere si passa sulla spiaggia, con evidenti problemi di tipo logistico. Bisogna prima fare una stradina che porta dallla strada urbana alla spiaggia, sconnessa e sempre buia la notte (ci sarebbe qualche lampione ma sempre spenti anche se segnalati). Come dicevo portare i bagagli dovendo camminare sullla spiaggia è davvero complicato. I trollei ovviamente vanno caricati sulle spalle come muli, eventuali buste della spesa etc. La casa è davvero carina seppure arredata in modo approssimativo con mobili recuperati (i pensili della cucina avranno 50 anni). Il vero problema è la mancanza di aria condizionata. A settembe siamo sopravvissuti ma ad agosto non so come si fa. Molto bello scendere i gradini e trovarsi sul mare. Questo è il vero valore della location. Purtoppo il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato. Inoltre il check out è stato complicato. Ho dovuto lawciare le chiavi dentro ma i cancelletti che portano alla strada li avevano chiusi ed ho dovuto scavalcare per andare via. Sconsigliato a famiglie con bimbi piccoli. Consigliato a due coppie giovani che vogliono vivere il mare in libertà senza troppe pretese (in 2 coppie il prezzo può essere considerato più adeguato). Personalmente non ci torneri,

La posizione della casa ci ha fatto superare tante cose che non hanno funzionato come piace a me, magari ad altri può andar bene. Pro: Come detto posizione di grande bellezza , giardino molto bello. Contro: portare i bagagli dal parcheggio con cancelli da aprire e chiudere ed un pezzettino sulla sabbia é stato molto impegnativo. Casa invasa dalle formiche. Residui dei precedenti proprietari in loco come come sacchetti del pane vuoti dentro i cassetti. Mobili cucina nemmeno da Ikea si trovano. Camere non corrispondenti alle foto, piccole, senza finestre vere (una dava sull'altra camera e metà sul giardino) che non permettono privacy se non con le tende sempre chiuse, armadio 4 assi di legno, tubo della caldaia per appendere le grucce. Bagno grande, doccia molto bella e spaziosa ma anche questo senza finestra. Anche la seconda camera molto piccola, bagno piccolo e doccia con la tenda di plastica e lavandino otturato. Hanno provveduto a risolvere problema lavandino e formiche dopo tre giorni ma ci abbiamo dovuto pensare noi a togliere i "cadaveri". Le prese elettriche? Sorvoliamo. Giardino da 5 stelle casa da 1, media ho dato 3

La descrizione dell’immobile con le sue attrezzature - di cucina e da spiaggia, la biancheria su richiesta, ecc. - la gentilezza delle locatarie, tutto è veritiero. La casa sulla spiaggia mantiene le sue promesse: si tratta di un romantico buen retiro affacciato sul mare col gusto retrò e un po’ spartano della casa di famiglia in campagna, tipica del Sud italiano anni ‘60. Cenare nel suo giardino poi non ha prezzo: con la colonna sonora dello sciabordio delle onde e quella olfattiva al profumo di zagara; sotto il cannicciato fra vecchi ulivi, melograni, agrumi di diverse qualità fra limoni e cedri; lo spettacolo della spiaggia libera con le sue albe e i suoi tramonti, oltre la porta. Il nostro soggiorno è risultato perciò piacevolissimo e, visti i tempi, anche originale. Resta un unico rammarico: essendo questa una location molto richiesta, chissà quando riusciremo nuovamente ad aggiudicarcela!

Das Haus hat einen separaten Strandzugang und ist mit einem großen Garten ausgestattet. Insgesamt nur zu empfehlen, wenngleich die Einrichtung auch etwas älter ist. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert ist aber komplett verrostet. Allerdings ist im Ort ab 1.10. Saisonende und vieles (Bars und Restaurants) hat zu. Zum Essen im Restaurant muss man ca. 30 Minuten am Strand in den Ort laufen. Die Kleinstadt Sperlonga ist außergewöhnlich schön.

Fabulous time, sperlonga is an intriguing place. The property is about 20 mins walk along the beach from the town or a 5 minute drive. Plenty of bars on the beach for drinks and food. The property was clean and fairly well maintained outside space is private with plenty of nighttime lighting. Sun beds and umbrellas for the beach provided. All provided the peace required to relax and unwind. Recommended

DOPO ESSERE STATI IN UN POSTO E UNA CASA COSI , DIFFICILMENTE CI SI PUÒ ABITUARE AD ALTRO. MARE CRISTALLINO A VENTI METRI , IL RUMORE DEL MARE , CON LE SUE SENSAZIONI GIORNO E NOTTE, CREANO UN ATMOSFERA RILASSANTE . ABBIAMO SCELTO UNA SETTIMANA DI MAGGIO PER GODERE APPIENO DELLA TRANQUILLITA ED ESCLUSIVITA DEL LUOGO. SIAMO STATI ACCOLTI DA VERONICA , PERSONA ASSOLUTAMENTE GENTILE E PROFESSIONALE. La casa è direttamente sulla spiaggia, l'accesso è diretto proprio dalla sabbia. Accoglienza eccellente di Veronica che ci ha seguito anche nei giorni/ore precedenti l'arrivo. Mare pulitissimo come la spiaggia. Soggiorno decisamente eccezionale ed antistress. Davvero bellissimo

La vita spesso è difficile. Affaticamento fisico, mentale, stress, preoccupazioni, ansie e voglia di mollare tutto ed andar via, magari in una casa sul mare. Proprio sul mare, sulla spiaggia. Che sogno! Io ho vissuto un'esperienza del genere. Questa primavera, in un momento di grande stanchezza, ho acceso il pc portatile e ho digitato: casa sulla spiaggia. Immagini. E' comparsa questa casa. Ed io ho strabuzzato gli occhi. Ho chiesto a mio marito se era disposto a fermarla con largo anticipo, per non rischiare di perderla, e lui, un po' titubante, ha detto di sì. Sapeva che ne avevo estremo bisogno, e, in fondo anche lui, anche se di fare un bagno in mare non ha mai molta voglia. Abbiamo rischiato, perché non era proprio detto che saremmo riusciti ad andarci, per via degli impegni gravosi. Il sogno invece si è avverato. La casa di Chantal è proprio come speravamo. La vacanza di pochi giorni è stata rigenerante. Les pieds dans l'eau... il resto è tutto quello che questo modo di definire l'ubicazione di una casa, comporta. Nel senso più appropriato del termine. Di meglio non avremmo potuto sperare. Grazie! P.S. Sperlonga è vicinissima, la villa di Tiberio, Gaeta, e poi il Parco del Circeo, Arte, natura, cultura e ottima cucina locale.

We spent one week in Sperlonga during off season. Even if the weather was not perfect we had a very relaxing week in the house at the beach! The location is really unbeatable! The beach right in front of the house and the sound of the ocean the whole day, it was exactly what we were looking for! The garden is really nice with a covered patio, therefore we could spend time outside even when it was raining. The house itself is basic but cosy, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and convinient. The kitchen equipment could need some upgrades (we were missing wine glasses) but that is really just a minor thing. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time.

Ideal für einen entspannten Strandurlaub. Die Ausstattung ist bei diesem Preis ausbaufähig (Bessere Töpfe, Teekanne, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine...) , aber völlig ausreichend, vor allem, wenn man öfters auswärts isst.

La casa è così come appare nell'annuncio, ottima posizione, direttamente sulla spiaggia libera, che essendo settembre era pressoche' vuota. Molto piacevole anche il giardino attrezato per mangiare all'aperto, gli arredi sono semplici ma confortevoli. Eravamo due coppie di amici piu uno e siamo stati molto bene. Il ceck in, non effettuato dalla proprietaria, pur svolto con garbo è stato un po' frettoloso e la comunicazione con la referente e la proprietaria, per risolvere il mancato funzionamento della televisione, non prprio sollecito. Comunque come detto casa e posizione molto belli e soggiorno sicuramente da ripetere.

Letti datati, scomodissimi, da portare all’isola ecologica direi. Immondizia lasciata dai precedenti inquilini. Forniture minime assenti (detersivi, sacchetti x l’indifferenziata). Cucina e utensili vari sporchi, lavati male e comunque non controllati. Andrebbe dedicata molta più attenzione al servizio che si vuole offrire, visto che parliamo di “vacanze”, soprattutto se si esigono cifre di un certo tipo...evidentemente il turismo non è per tutti!

Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile in questo luogo incantevole, in grande tranquillità e relax. L'allestimento della casa, molto pulita e sufficientemente attrezzata, è molto semplice e informale, ma l'insieme è accogliente e l'atmosfera allegra, il giardino ombroso e assai godibile. Il fatto che l'accesso alla casa sia esclusivamente dalla spiaggia e richieda di camminare per un breve tratto sulla sabbia richiede organizzazione e accortezza per bagagli e rifornimenti, ma si è ripagati dalla presenza costante del mare e dalla bellezza generale del contesto. Anche i contatti personali sono stati piacevoli: la proprietaria Chantal e' simpatica e cortese (e peraltro d'accordo sulla necessità di rimodernare i due bagni), la sig.ra Katia accogliente ed efficiente. Saremmo lieti di tornare il prossimo anno.
