"We were in Brockville overnight because we had an early morning meeting. We usually stay out on the highway, but 48 West King came up in my search. We know Brockville very well and I was excited to see a new hotel downtown. We were not disappointed! 48 West King is fabulous! We had the Holt Suite and it was excellent and perfectly appointed. The kitchenette has everything you need including a Le Creuset French press coffee maker. The local brewery, 1000 Islands Brewery which is a 2 minute walk, even put a free beer in the fridge. The bathroom area is large and open with a great shower. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with extra soft European duvet cover. But the main focus of the room was the large (large!) copper tub in the corner. My wife loved it - twice! The only small issue was the sticky front door but I'm sure that they will have this fixed up soon. We will be back to 48 West King the next time we are in Brockville for sure."
