Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. "Great little cozy cabin on the water with a pier and place to dock the boat. Awesome sun room with big screen doors to enjoy the beautiful view. All the neighbors were super nice and helpful. Can’t wait to come back again."
