"Great modern apartment, huge sunny balcony, excellent location close to many bars and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely with a choice of sweet or savoury. The outdoor pool doesn’t open until 1st May but that wasn’t an issue for us. The hotel shuttle was really efficient and only took 10 mins to get to the apartment. Alessandro was really helpful."

"The room was very good (we were given an upgrade.) it had tall ceilings , was spacious, modern decor, comfortable bed, a fridge to keep you own water cool, decent air con, a massive bathroom with rainfall shower. The staff also made it possible for us to store luggage for an hour or two after checkout which was helpful. The only points for improvement would be the check in times extended to start at 3pm. "

The reception staff at Hotel Orientale are super friendly and efficient in expediting the check in for Palazzo Bellocchi which is located hop away. "A fantastic spot to stay. Must have a car, but ostuni town is just a moment away. Angelo is the perfect host. He was in touch from the beginning and helped with all questions during our stay. He is also a phenomenal baker, and makes the majority of the breakfast everyday. The property is clean and elegant. We traveled from here to Lecce, ostuni, Polignano de mare. All were easy to get to. 11 out of 10."

"Excellent stay in a remote place that requires a car. As the hotel has no permanent receptionist you have to contact them in advance in order to get your entry code that works for the main gate and all the doors you need to open. Breakfast is very basic with tea / coffee and sugary things and you will have to travel around for a decent restaurant. Parking is next to the hotel. Many attractions in your driving range. "

"Hotel was great, extremely clean and tidy. Good location for beaches and a few restaurants. We stayed in a penthouse room, which was spacious with a lovely balcony. Breakfast was included on our booking and was lovely too. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t mind a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants and more facilities. There doesn’t appear to be any bus service in the area so you may wish to consider either a hire car or taxi if you wanted to see outside of this resort area."
