The reception person was incredible!! Warm friendly efficient went above and beyond finding a room to meet our needs. Even offered to help with our luggage!! It was cleanest room and more helpful warm staff than even the much more expensive big mame hotels Thank you!

The staff were very attentive and helpful and took great care of us. Only less than stellar part of the stay was the hot tub was kinda dirty. After we turned on the bubbles there was a line of brown spots around the perimeter. But the jets were powerful and the water was warm. Pool was sure chilly but our kids loved it. And joined the arcade in the room! Was very comfortable staying here.

They had a great breakfast, staff was friendly, and rooms were clean even though this is a bit of an older hotel. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and were impressed they even had life jackets for kids, as one side of the pool was 9ft. deep.

The good. Close to the interstate. Had an indoor pool and hot tub that I didn’t use. Wasn’t crowded. Pretty quite. What needs done work. It’s dated facility. Carpet needs replaced. Toilet and sink are short. Toilet would make noise every 5-10 minutes. A/C had a musty odor. Part of chocolate candy bar on the floor. It was expensive for what you got. But it was one of the lesser expensive hotels in Spearfish.

staff was great and problem solving. parking was good. breakfast was good. only complaints is that it smelt like cigarettes in our room. not really the staffs fault but it stunk bad. and we woke up really sore from the bed and pillows. we also did t have a microwave. pool was amazing and available for us for like 2 hours alone.

My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and how it sits at the center of the hotel. The continental breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, etc.. We enjoyed our stay and it was a good value for the money.
