"This is my 3rd time staying at this property. It is always clean, has a friendly staff and a nice pool. The only slip-up that I had was when I checked in and was given a room, the first room was not very clean. I called the front desk and went downstairs and received a clean room but had to go downstairs to get another key. Which meant that I had to haul my luggage 5 floors down to get a new key. However, the front desk was friendly and apologized. "

"This property seems to be fairly new. Parking is ample, well lit and clean. Lobby is expansive with easy access to the restaurant and pool. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful in handling my room request. The room was clean, well stocked and I just can’t say enough about the comfort of the beds and bedding. Having stayed at other Four Points locations before this one delivers in every aspect. "
