"We stayed at Country inn in Cookeville for just one night, arrived late cuz we were enjoying some of the areas sights!! and then went to Gatlinburg for 1 night. We enjoyed our short stay very much. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, we had a king bed, very comfortable. There breakfast was really good, the actual breakfast space was not huge, but that was no fault of the hotel. When packing up we inadvertently left my husband's razor and charger still plugged in in the Bathroom...didn't even realize it until we had gotten to our next hotel and were unpacking. Angela the head of housekeeping had called and left us a message that housekeeping had found it in the room, and she wanted to know if we would come back for it or she could ship it to us, she said. I called to the hotel, spoke with the front desk, Randy I think his name was, he would leave her a message he said, we were just starting a tour and I couldn't talk. so, I called back after our caving tour. anyway, long story short, I never did speak with Angela, but Randy made sure they had the correct address and would pass it along and they shipped it to us!!!! It is a wonderful thing to know there are Honest and Kind people in this world, we would definitely have no problem in staying there again.!! Thank you, Angela, Randy, housekeeping staff, ...Everyone at Country Inn, for your integrity and high standards, !!!!!"
