"The room was very clean, but the water never really got hot in the shower. The staff was incredibly courteous, check in was fast and easy. The pool and hallways were very clean, but there were no towels at the pool and once i went down to ask for some to be sent up, it took almost an hour and two other families requesting towels to get any, and only 6 made it up so my family of 3 shared one towel. The hotel was really busy, between a wedding party and a big convention in town, so we were understanding."
