"The host staying with us was surprise and we had to check out one day earlier as we did not like the home and it smelled bad everywhere.The location was close to Reno convention center that was our main reason to book this property.The host started cleaning the kitchen while I was cooking and she said wanted paint her door while we stayed I requested her to do it after we leave.She kept telling she recovered from pneumonia and it scared us as I had 2 young kids. "From the moment I booked this listing in January our host were great. Accurate and easy-to-understand directions were left with no detail overlooked. The basement was so incredible that my kids didn't want to leave the house even to spend money. The kitchen was well stocked with top-of-line appliance. All in all, we are looking for an excuse to visit again. 5 STARS MUST STAY SEE YA SOON"

"We stayed Riviera Reno while we were town for our niece’s graduation from nursing school. Everything about the home was perfect! The set up was great to have the extended family over for meals and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the backyard, the beds were super comfortable, and there were a lot of lovely touches in every room. We also loved the unique decor — so fun! You can tell this home was built with care!"

"I planned a quick weekend trip with my husband and pup. I found this gem of a place and the pictures didn’t do it justice! The house was super clean and very comfortable. The backyard was massive and my dog loved it (there are dogs on either side, so if you have a reactive pup maybe not the best). The house is in a great location close to a lot of spots! Communication with Jessica was fast and she was very responsive. 10/10 would reccomend and will be coming back!"

"This place was great. Clean and was private enough for the three of us on our work trip. Theres a great little store down the street (walking distance) to get all of your health food. The kitchen is well equipped and the location is easy to get to nearby food spots. Would love to stay again. Also Nic was great and sent our CEO's ear pods back that he left at the property."

"The home was perfect for 4 people. We visited for our bowling tournament and had a great time. The place was easy to find, and the host was available if needing an extra towel or toilet paper. "

"This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. Overall, we would definitely stay again and would highly recommend! Thank you so much!"

"Marbella Lane was a great spot for our family vacation to Reno. Comfortably accommodated six adults with plenty of space for gathering. Location was great for easy access to Carson City, Lake Tahoe and Reno."

"I stayed at this house for a long weekend with my retired parents and teenaged son, daughter and nephew. There was plenty of space for everyone and the beds we comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked most of our meals in the home. Location was great, close enough to the convention center where we were attending events but far enough away that things were quiet, safe and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was a very nice place. It was in a good location. The only thing negative was not one coffee cup in the house and not even small soap shampoo and conditioner.. these are cheap to provide and most do. Never been to a house with no coffee cups weird."

"Great communication with host. Clean, comfortable and quiet spot. The two full size beds accomodated three of us well enough, and there is an air bed in LR closet if we had wanted more space. Large LR, good usable kitchen. Big bathroom with laundry right there."
