"Pleasantly surprised... Definitely out of the way (GPS robot overlord took us thru a ... quarry? refinery? Very "Hills Have Eyes" vibes rather than straight up I-80 to USA Parkway) but comfortable, clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. About 20 miles away from downtown but easy drive in. Overall, highly recommend for a few nights or just passing through."

"Stayed here 2 nights, Friday & Saturday for a softball tournament...to Golden Eagle fields, its a quick 25 minute drive down 80....you might 2nd guess yourself finding this place for the 1st time...its almost like My Tri Suites is nestled in a quarry....its not a super big hotel but it is new and met our needs...ample parking all around it....rooms were very clean...very modern looking...our room was on the 1st floor and you could hear the movements above (but its like this every)...if i could make a recommendation - have another mirror outside of the bathroom...you will find gas stations and fast food restaurants on your way up to My Tri Suites.. all staff greeted us and we felt welcomed....i would recommend My Tri Suites if you want a clean, quiet place to stay..."

"An overall great hotel. The bathroom had hair all over and we ran out of tissue and called for more but it never came so we had to go buy some. Everything else was perfect, the free breakfast was good, parking was great, the pool water temp was awesome and the room was like an apartment it had everything we needed "

"The property was clean. When we checked in, the front desk clerk didn’t seem too happy ( no smile, very serious and cold demeanor) it was late so maybe she was tired. There was a gentleman that we encountered on a daily and he was always happy, greeted us and made sure we were comfortable ( should have asked his name). On the day of check out, which check out was at noon; we received a knock on the door after 10 am asking if we were checking out soon from housekeeping, then again at 11 a.m. my husband asked what time was checkout she responded noon and he asked why was she knocking and asking if it was only 11 a.m, she said walked away. Unfortunately we were very unhappy about that but as we were leaving the gentleman I mentioned at the beginning was very cheerful and asked how our stay was but we were so upset we didn’t mention the incident instead we let him know his services and smile were appreciated."
