"We have stayed here many times and it has always been perfect! This time it wasn’t as great. Since we were staying 4 nights I requested the room be cleaned every other day. The room, although quiet, smelled like fish-so I bought air fresheners. When the room didn’t get cleaned after the second night I went down and asked to make sure the room was going to be cleaned.
